ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
On Monday Grealish took over the Nando's in Shirley, near Birmingham, to dine with pals including former Aston Villa teammate John McGinn. He shared photos from the evening on Instagram, including snaps of personalised menus titled 'Grealish's festive grub' and bottles of peri-peri sauce rebranded as 'Super Jack's Sauce'. In the comment section, Bukayo Saka replied: "Lemme get one of them sauces."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The restaurant included some of Grealish's favourite Nando's dishes on his personalised menu, including chicken thighs and the garlic churrasco burger. Though local diners might have been disappointed to find their local Nando's closed, they were delighted when Grealish and McGinn signed autographs and posed for photos as they left.

WHAT GREALISH SAID
Grealish's love of Nando's is no secret. In a video with City teammate Erling Haaland last month, the England star admitted that he does like to "eat a lot of bad stuff."
When Haaland accused Grealish of loving Nando's, McDonald's and pizza, Grealish replied: "He's just made me sound like the fattest footballer in the Prem!"

WHAT NEXT FOR GREALISH?
Grealish scored in both of his last two Premier League outings for City, but he appeared to pick up a hip injury in a 3-2 win against FK Crvena Zvezda on Wednesday. He faces a race against time to be fit for City's league clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
